Contacted well before service due date, got a date to suit me, they did pick up & delivery to my home address, my vehicle was back to my home address before lunch time, excellent service by all staff, would definitely recommend this company 10 out of 10 from me

I'd had a problem with my car key
I'd had a problem with my car key. The key somehow lost the press button bit and it wouldn't work. I took it to a repair shop for shoes, which also did replacement car keys. Never go to one of these places, go straight to Citroen at Chiswick. The repair guy from the shoe shop didn't fix it properly. The door opened, but the car wouldn't start. I went this morning to Citroen Chiswick and I think it was Darren I saw. He explained that a chip inside the key hadn't been swapped over to the new key. He fixed the problem straight away, no charge. He was charming and a pleasure to meet. Sorry if I've rambled on a bit!!
