Fantastic!! Lauren was absolutely brilliant throughout my whole car purchasing experience. Lauren explained everything in such detail and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The process was completely stress free considering I needed a car as soon as possible. Lauren kept me updated all the time and I can’t thank her enough for all she did to make sure I had my car by the date needed. I was also spoken to by a manager to congratulate me on my purchase and to make sure everything had gone well.

Car dealers don't care? Think again
Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Stuart Bullimore (general manager) and his team.
After our beloved Aircross was written off, Stuart went out of his way to source an identical model. Having found it, he brought it to Coventry, had it serviced, and with the help of Cameron, his lieutenant, talked me through the transfer of our cherished nr plate, and the updating of the warranty and service plan.
Every email and phone call received a prompt snd courteous response, no matter how simple the enquiry.
He reduced the stress of our experience by 100%.
We won't dream of buying our next Citroën from anywhere else.

Am delighted with my new car, it was in stunning condition when I picked it up, couldnt fault it in any way and am thrilled with it. Niall was super helpful, friendly and made the on the day handover, part exchange and drive away very straight forward, which included all the paperwork to register the car and new MOT etc. Couldnt fault this in any way and thank you Niall! Will definately look to come back when I trade this car back in as a result.
