We were made to feel welcome and there was a friendly atmosphere within the showroom.
The test drive was fine and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. Negotiations went smoothly and the vehicle was very nicely presented when we went to pick it up.

No words are enough to explain how truly fantastic this dealership and their sales team are! I had the pleasure of having Sam Auger as my salesman who dealt with the process of me purchasing a car at Stellantis & You (Walton) from start to finish. I couldn’t praise Sam enough if I tried, he was the most genuine, honest, understanding and kind salesman I have ever dealt with and has completed changed my perspective of car dealerships. Not once did I feel pressured to go ahead with the car I was looking to purchase, Sam was incredibly helpful at answering any queries I had throughout the process and despite having some issues with the lender which had nothing to do with Sam or Stellantis, he ensured to constantly update me throughout so that I knew what was going on as well as providing me with realistic timescales as to when the process would likely be finalised and the car would be ready for me to collect. After the issues with the lender which resulted in me almost having to cancel my birthday plans, Sam stepped in and very kindly offered me a loan car whilst I waited for the lender to pay out for my car. I will forever remember this act of kindness on Sams behalf and I really could not thank him enough for his compassion and understanding in this situation. He was incredibly helpful when I came to collect the car I purchased and was very willing to answer any queries I had and sorted all of the paperwork as well as my road tax and care plan swiftly and with no issues. I cannot praise Sam enough for his professionalism and I have already told all of my family and friends to look at purchasing their next cars with Stellantis. The dealership is lovely, very clean and everyone greeted me with a smile. Sam is an absolute credit and an invaluable asset to Stellantis and I couldn’t thank him enough for the service he provided. I am over the moon with my new car and I will definitely be back when it’s time for a new car. So again, thank you so much to Sam and Stellantis, you truly have changed my impression of dealerships and provided me with a great experience!
