Had contact with her through a friend, she found me a perfect car within my price range that suited my needs, she made me feel comfortable during the test drive, answered all questions I had and Citroen also offered 7 days free insurance and the perks such as free roadside assistance and warranty are a great touch :) can't wait to pick my car up! Enjoyable Experience
Previous experiences of changing my car have always been far from straight forward. This was a completely different experience from start to finish. The car salesman Gavin Berry was very easy to work with and was friendly and very professional both with regard to assisting me in looking at and test driving the car I was interested in. He couldn't have been more thorough and helpful. The price offered on the car I wanted to part exchange was also very fair in my opinion so there was no haggling whatsoever. It all made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The car I have just purchased is an absolute delight to drive and for a second hand car (2015) is in mint condition. One very content and happy customer here and I would not hesitate to recommend Gavin and Robins & Day.
