first time
We where looking for a mobility car, we looked at lots of different make and models we decided on a Citroen. we went down to the show room on a Sunday and where greeted straight away. we where introduced to a lovely gentleman called Peter who asked us what we where looing for he showed us the cars which where available on the mobility scheme. we chose the one we wanted, he was very professional but also very chatty.

Excellent service from start to finish. Lewis was very helpful and answered all our questions - not pushy at all. We came back to buy this car because of the service we had years ago buying our last one. Would definitely recommend.

Overall a good sales experience …
Overall a good sales experience compared to other main dealers during my resent car search.
The main difference was finding the used car I wanted and stating the price as opposed to 'what do you want spend' with the likely result being an older and/or lower model with an inflated value but one that suited my balance.
Communication could have been a little better (I'm being picky) and although not a big deal the used car sales area tends to make you feel a bit 'second class' compared to the new car showroom even though your still spending maybe 20k

Got to say I was a little surprised by the nature of the salesman Arafat. A really thorough and pleasant guy who covered all options without ever being pushy or aggressive in his sales patter. Rest assured if he had in any way we would have walked. Even when I changed my mind on the model of the car I was having it was no trouble and he immediately went to sort it out. He always communicated very well and promptly, if it was face to face, by telephone or email.
I am really pleased with my experience and my purchase.

DS 3 a must have for me.
I've owned a DS3 for two years and although my initial experiences where not good I have say that things have vastly improved. An excellent service department and helpful knowledgeable staff. Another DS 3 is a must for me, just simply amazing cars. Take delivery of my new Prestige DS in a week ????.

Despite poor showrooms Daniel the sales person was excellent. Attention to detail was good. Pleasant personality.
Pleased with the configuration of the car especially at top of range.
One disappointment .... no electrics on the passenger seat. If one has a bad back the ratchet action is not helpful.
