We have just bought a three year old Peugeot 308 from Robins and Day in Chiswick. 'Our' sales person, Mirko di Lorenzo, was well-informed, helpful and charming. On the basis of this experience we would happily recommend Robins and Day to other car buyers.

Very grateful to technician who went the extra mile.
I discovered to my great distress, a month after purchasing my second C4 Grand Picasso, that the middle row of seats were fixed in place and could not be slid back and forward like in my old one. My kids are all very tall teenagers (two over six feet tall) and I am 6'5". We could not all fit in the car for our family holiday.
I asked Robins and Day, the Citroen Customer Support and my local independent Citroen garage if they could slide the fixings along the rails so that the middle row had more leg room. Everyone said "No! The seats are fixed."
I don't take no for an answer, so I took the car into Robins and Day, Coventry, and was told "No!" again, but I asked for an explanation. A very helpful technician took five minutes to look at the fixings, and after an hour in the workshop, he had moved the seats back to give maximum legroom (an extra 3 inches, which makes a massive difference). I am very, very grateful to the technician from Robins and Day for agreeing to have a look and for fixing the seats in the ideal spot for a very tall family. Thank you. 5 stars!

Getting a new car is not a simple choice. Four months of checking all the car magazines and video put up on site to see the comments. 90% good the rest I could live with. Test drive later two salesman had to prize me from the steering wheel, I rushed in and signed on the dotted line. The salesman was not pushy and the spec is what you pay extra for in a Audi. In line for a SUV please have a test drive. Do I get the mats now?

A great place to buy a car, staff are friendly and very helpful. I have been buying cars from Citroen for years and Richard who works on sales is very professional and good at his job. Excellent service and no pressure to buy, this dealership is what a good buying experience is about, the customer is always looked after and made to feel welcome and are always put first.
I would definitely recommend this company and you will not be disappointed.
