Impressive sales consultant
We had a pretty good idea of the car we wanted and the sales consultant went to great lengths to confirm our choice. He was very well informed on the cars specification and was able to answer all our questions fully resulting in the test drive being well worth it and conclusive. An alternative car of the same type with a slightly different spec was offered and test driven without any pressure. Completing the order was straight forward as was the follow up whilst the car was being produced.

New Peugout 3008 GT at the Bristol Branch - I have purchased many new and nearly new cars over the years some of which were premium brands such as Range Rover, Audi , BMW etc but this has to be one of the best buying experinces that I have ever experienced.
Alexander Smith was honest, open and helpful and a real joy to deal with. He is a real credit to the trade and importantly the branch. PS The car is fantastic too!

I have just purchased a new Citroen C3 but I was very sad to say goodbye to my 8.5 yr old C3 which has never given me a moments trouble since I bought it from new (apart from the usual replacement of brake pads, tyres, windscreen wipers, etc). Everyone at Robins & Day is friendly and helpful and supply you with endless cups of coffee, whether you are there just for a service or to buy a new car. Even had a bouquet of flowers and chocolates when I collected my new car! Thanks Will.
Very excited with our new purchase…
Very excited with our new purchase through Robins and Day! We were treated very well. Still waiting to go back and get further tutoring on all the gadgets in the car. Just one little criticism and that is staff should be pulled up on personal hygiene when necessary. Everything else was faultless.
