Truly Spectacular Car & Service
I ordered a car with Robins & Day London West with Akeel Osman. I ordered the 3008 SUV Allure. On the day, I had no reason to buy but was merely looking. Akeel was very welcoming and spoke to us at great length to determine what we were looking for and our price range. We both had the 3008 SUV as our *Dream Car* from the moment it was shown to the mass public, we had both fallen in love with it. Once we sat in one, and he showed us all the fancy tech and we saw the i-cockpit we knew it had to be done.
The numbers worked and Akeel was very clear with how much we would pay and didn't want us to take the car unless it was financially viable.
The order was completed quickly, and the car was delivered on 5th April and we were given the keys. On the day Akeel sat us inside the vehicle and again showed us all the stuff inside the vehicle and how to use all the extras and how to pair the phones.
It's the second time I have bought from Robins and Day London West in the last 3 years, and both times I have been looked after.
There is a reason why Akeel has all the awards on his desk, because he truly is the best in the business and gave us his upmost 100% service.

I have bought a few used cars from this…
I have bought a few used cars from this branch and have always found them helpful. This time I’m getting my first mobility car. So being my first I wasn’t that clued up on how things worked, so I was worried and confused, then we meet with the very lovely and polite Lisa, who talked us through everything and made it very easy and simple. We went back a few days later for a test drive and then purchase a vehicle. Very good service and free drinks as well. Just waiting on delivery for my first ever new vehicle.

From my initial phone conversation I received an amazing customer service experience. I would have no qualms in recommending Robins and Day, Bristol to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Having driven a similar vehicle locally, I purchased blind and put my faith in the sales team. Not disappointed at all.

My experience of this DS dealership
My experience of this DS dealership, when buying a new DS was very good. The buying process was smooth. The salesman knew his stuff and the deal I was given was excellent. I was very pleased with the new vehicule. The dealership is near the old Walthamstow dog track and parking is difficult on site. There were a couple of hiccups, which is why I haven't given it 5 stars. 1. My car was delivered to the wrong dealership and took a while to locate, which delayed the collection date.2. I was allowed to leave without the 7 day free insurance. This was rectified the next day. On the positive side the salesman did keep me well informed on progress of both issues.

I would like to thank Lewis Griffiths who is such a lovely young man and always smiling , who certainly knows his job , Lewis was very understanding and knew exactly what I wanted in a car , so helpful and explained everything with excellence. I cannot believe how quickly I received my car from start to finish , I am so thrilled !! I would highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a car to ask for Lewis , this young man in my opinion in going places sooner rather than later.
