I order my Motability car with Natalie I have a lot of health problems when first spoke to Natalie I was really not feel good and she was amazing ???? she was so helpful kind caring and friendly she put me at ease straight away we managed to sort the car I wanted and made an appointment with her. She really is lovely in every way I would highly recommend Natalie for Motability she really does everything to help you.

we bought a 3008 brand new from the Coventry branch ,The salesman was great, no hassle from him, we were allowed time to make up our mind, we wanted a top range 2.0 auto hdi highline but it was a 16week delivery time so we were offered a choice of other models, we chose a 1.5 GT highline. in red. we were warned delivery time could change but two weeks would be normal, we were informed right up to delivery date.
its a fantastic car , i may have been lucky but the sales and spares team are good. no complaints so far.,
i would mention i did go to another dealer but was dissatisfied with the lack of communication and honest information. about delivery time and trade in values.

Robins and Day 10/10
I very often find the experience of purchasing a new car daunting,however, there was no reason to have such a feeling whilst dealing with Robins and Day.
From start to finish the 'process' ran very smoothly, all questions were answered, some questions I didn't ask were answered and most importantly my purchase was ready for collection when stated in the 1st Class condition I was advised that it would be .
I'd have no reservation on returning to Robins and Day in the future.
