Robins and Day Routine Service
Robins and Day reception staff were courteous and efficient, offered me a coffee while I waited and made me comfortable. Video from the engineer was interesting.
The central booking facility for the whole country, (nothing to do with Robins & Day who were good throughout) needs to improve.

Easy to book and get a cost estimate prior to the day.
Courtesy phone calls and communication up to the day itself and then in the day kept fully appraised to timings and any work needed. Also very focussed on best value for the customer and not doing works that wasn’t needed at that time- not often you find that in the world anymore.
