Excellent car and excellent sales by Sean at the croydon branch.
In september 2022 I brought a brand new vauxhall mokka in power red. The sales man called Sean was very very knowledgeable and I am very happy with the help, support and service he provided during the buying process. First it took me 5 times back and forth with the finance department to be able to finance the car. Then the car was made 3 months earlier than said so I didn't have the deposit ready but they didn't accommodate until a battle back and forth for nearly 1 month.
Then when I got the car it was perfect, however in November 2023 I started to have issues with the clutch where it says its over heating even tho the car can be left over night without use and a message poped up saying "clutch temperature high reduce clutch use" so that Then I took back to them as it was still under Warranty. They ran diagnostics and said there was nothing wrong with the car and that it was my driving so i paid £174, however I have not altered my driving style at all and have not got any issues so I think they did do something but didn't want to pay out.
Now I have a issue that the colour of my car is not to what I ordered as I ordered 2 tuch up pens from there website and they were to bright, so I contacted them and they looked up my reg and said that the car is actually Ruby red a completely different shade. So I have called the dealership a 2nd time and they are trying to disregard the issue that I paid £700 extra for Power red. However I got a call from the Genral Manager and now he is going above and beyond to fix the issue.
I would recommend this company and they are willing to help fix a issue when it arises. And now the issue is being fixed.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CAR!!
The new mokka drives perfectly amd is smooth and is perfect to drive. And Sean my sales advisor went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. And the car came with plenty of upgrade and personalised options to purchase.
