I went in to buy a new used car and part exchange my old one. The sales rep, Lauren Dean, was fantastic, she helped me through the process and we found an amicable deal for both parties. I highly recommend Vauxhall Crawley and Lauren especially.

Car was collected from my home address as advised.Call made prior to collection to check visit was ok.Car returned at time advised with free safety check.No work required due to safety aspect.Car cleaned as well.

Donna was lovely to deal with from the start, we were there just to see if we could afford updating our car, and that’s exactly what she did, she gave us the full figures it would cost, went over any additions we could get, but definitely no hard sell, everything was up to us and our budget. We then decided to upgrade our car with Donna. Have to say we’ve always had excellent service, that’s why we stay with Citroen. Thank you
