Exceptional Customer Service from Hazel
I must say my Experience with Hazel at Peugeot (Stellantis & You Walton on Thames Branch) was Exceptional. If I knew another word greater then Exceptional I would put that down instead.
From Start to Finish Hazel has been the 'BEST!'. She provides Exceptional Customer Service / Focus and always kept us up to date and informed of the progress of our Vehicle.
She even went as far as to look into (without being asked), and informing me about my Insurance Warranty that I had on my vehicle, as I'd neglected to mention that to her or the Dealership at the time that I still had one. This was due to other unrelated stressing things going on elsewhere in my other day life :-).
Hazel has always provided an Exceptional Level of Customer Service, ever since I first had to start going to the Morden Branch (When it was open) since my nearest Peugeot Branch on Ossory Road off the Old Kent Road had Closed down.
And when the Morden Branch then also Closed down and moved to Wimbledon which was our next nearest branch unfortunately Hazel didn't follow which I did not know. So when my next Vehicle Service was due at the time I booked it in at the Wimbledon Branch expecting Hazel to be there and of course upon arrival I discovered she was not I was disappointed.
The service at the Wimbledon Branch was ok, but it missed something to me that Hazel brought in. So after I found out she was now working from the Walton on Thames branch even though it added another 1hr to my journey Time (Normally about 40mins) I decided it was worth it, and it was.
Hazel remains and Continues to be the 'Best'.

NB:- I've always felt that it's Exceptional After Sales/Care Service that makes an Exceptional Company, and what will also bring Customers back and/or keep them.
I would NEVER associate myself to a company/business or recommend them if they don't provide the same level of commitment in their After Sales / Care Service Department as they do in their Sales Dept.
