Took the time to explain everything, directed us to a great cafe while we waited for our service to be completed, offered many refreshments while we waited for things to be finished up, set us up with FREE roadside cover and had our car washed! As a loyal customer to the Peugeot brand/branch, Ian Pepper has gone above and beyond to ensure the customers needs were exceeded once again. I contacted him with a query following urgent need for replacement wheel nuts and despite him working alone and dealing with calls, face to face customers, and sales queries he still managed to ensure my needs were met. Parts were ready within the hour. No disruption and Stalantis/Peugeot should be proud... Thank You Ian 5***** again.

On arrival I was met by Russell & a cup of tea, he pointed out the cars that may be of interest to me. We returned to his desk in a clean open sales area, Russell was not pushy but answered my questions fully, I had a test drive & put a small deposit on the car of my choice.
On return I was met by Russell who took me through all paper work and set the car up for me to drive home,
