Service with a smile.
From the initial booking through to the collection of the vehicle, I found the entire process really efficient. When handing over my vehicle, the customer service agent conducted an inspection, provided me with all the information I needed and even arranged to send me a video link of the service taking place. Really professional and met all my expectations. The agent was also a very pleasant, happy and polite person.
