What had been previously arranged went smoothly no hassle at all
I went to to the Stellantis Brentford…
I went to to the Stellantis Brentford service department on transport avenue in the hope that someone would just look at my Alfa Romeo and let me know if it was safe to drive as they weren’t taking bookings until January 2024.
The service advisor Kasia Hryniewicz , was very understanding and went above and beyond to ask an engineer just to look at the car. I can’t thank her enough and the engineer who did an outstanding recall update , which I had never been notified of but I left feeling confident that the car was safe.
Thank you very much, it had been very frustrating having a new car with warranty and not being able to get it booked in.
I will definitely be using this garage to look after my Alfa .

I don't often write reviews, but credit where credit is due. The young man who's name is Zachary (Zach) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He wasn't at all pushy and explained everything about my new car to me. Has kept me up to date from day 1 until I picked my new car up. Such a refreshing experience. I hope you go far young man.

Was looking to change my Ford Galaxy to something similar and ULEZ compliant. When meeting Zach at the showroom he gave me different options and good advice and alternatives. Very patient, professional and knowledgeable. Very happy to recommend to family and friends.

Great Car Salesman!!!! Aaron Neal from start to finish. I myself was extremely apprehensive about driving my new Motorbility Peugeot 2008 on collection just today. I’ve NEVER driven an automatic car before after driving a manual for over 25years. Aaron took me through he even drove the car to my address That’s how anxious I was in particular where the dealership is situated it can be tricky driving over that part of Birmingham but, Aaron had given me the confidence!!!! Truly appreciated!!!! Nice down to earth Guy!!!! Truly Nuff Respect!!!
