The process and professionalism displayed from the initial enquiry, through to the final decision to purchase was exceptional. Tom Harrop, the Sales Consultant at the Stockport branch was friendly, professional and concise in all matters and was a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for Tom who made the distance between the dealership and my home in Essex, seamless. Great dealership and Tom is a credit to the company. Well done

Above and beyond
I can't compliment Stellantis (Coventry) enough. We suffered the total loss of our new Aircross (without Gap insurance) when another vehicle collided with it. My wife was keen to replace it with as identical a car as possible - colour, model, specs. Stuart Bullimore, general manager went above and beyond, searching across the Country, finding just the car, pre-owned, but with almost the same mileage. We will soon take delivery, and are being shepherded through the complexities of re-financing, transfer of our cherished nr plate, and of course, Gap insurance. The loss of the original Aircross was devastating - the subsequent service by Stellantis has been a welcome and totally unexpected distraction.
The Staff at Sheffield are Brilliant.
The staff at the Dealership and Service Center are exemparally. The fault lies with the Call Centre who are an absolutely pain in the a..e. I blocked the number because they bombarded me with calls. I know when my car need servicing and a MOT. I'll book it for one visit....a concept your call centre is totally devoid of.

The experience was a pleasant one and the staff were very polite and professional. They appear to be very Customer Service focused and that is always a welcome addition as they do care about their reputation. Yes I would recommend to others.

If you want a New car .. go & see Naresh Syal. He’s so understanding & considerate. Very helpful & patient. He took his time in finding me a suitable car , that suited all my needs . 10/10 !!
