Chris Older was knowledgeable in the range of vehicles I wanted.
I found that the vehicle I wanted was not affordable, Chris went the extra mile and found a van that ticked all the boxes.
Smooth experience from start to finish
We went in yesterday and spoke to Moj about purchasing a car for my mother-in-law. He looked after us and guided us through the whole process with expertise and friendliness, and we walked away as happy customers, confident in the plan we had agreed to take out. Would definitely recommend the dealership.
Straight forward used car purchase
We recently visited the Hillsborough branch as we were interested in the Peugeot 2008 model. Our sales advisor Rebekah was friendly and approachable and had a good understanding of our requirements. We were able to make a quick choice on the car and part-ex'd our old car with no issues. We were clear about our budget and they managed to exceed our expectations on this, we even got a cash-back bonus!
The purchase, finance application and paperwork did seem a bit long-winded and there were a few system glitches but overall it was pretty straight forward.
We had one query about the new car the day after purchase, so we contacted Rebekah and she responded quickly and was able to resolve our problem straight away.

Absolutely brilliant service!
After having a bad experience with a car dealership, I didn't hold out much hope on getting a new car. However, I saw one I liked at Robins and Day in Coventry and phoned Lee. I managed to secure the car over the phone for a great price! When I went to pick it up, he went through everything with me to ensure I understood all the gadgets. I could not have had a better experience!

Visited the dealership without booking a test drive but this was not a problem to the sales advisor Hammad. After discussing the model of car we were looking for we were able to take a car out for a drive.
The sale was handled in a fast, friendly & efficient manner. We had to phone a few times with questions which were easily answered by Hammad.
The car was at the dealership before the date that we were given which was great. We love the DS3 :-)

Felt at ease walking round viewing the cars . No pressure from sales people and answered any queries with ease . Also listened to what we wanted and found us the best deal without being pushy .
