Our experience was very good when buying the car and I would recommend them to anyone.
We travelled from Eastbourne to Romford and I have now put their after sales service to the test. The car we purchased did not have the puncture repair kit and I have requested that one be sent to us as we live 70 miles away. We wait to see if their as good as what they say!!
New Car!
To say this is the first time I had ever stepped foot into a car dealership I was incredibly nervous but instead Lewis who basically looked after me from the get go was so helpful and calm from start to finish.
We was only in there a couple of hours and he had sorted everything out on the same day ready for me to fetch my brand new car the following weekend.
I would highly recommend this dealership no questions asked.
Great customer service
The process of buying a second hand car was easy and there was a relaxed approach from the salesman. He took the time to answer my questions and discussed the car in detail and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

Great experience - not what I was after, but pleasently surpised
I visited the Nottingham store to look at a specific car. It wasn't for me, Karl suggested I tried something bigger and I did. Really impressed with the whole service. Not pushy or too sales focussed at all!
