Booked an MOT at Robins & Day Edgware, Great customer service, after dropping off my little Peugeot. I was advised it would be done before closing. and I received a call to let me know it was done well before.
All the staff were polite and happy to help. The car was driven round for collection out front.

Excellent salesman …
My wife and I have been looking at cars for the last four months, calling on approx. 10 car dealers. The cars we looked at were okay but not what we were looking for, and then we called on Peugeot. The salesmen Emlyn showed us the 3008 and we were very impressed and we both liked the car. Moreover Emlyn was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, this goes a long way as most of the salesmen at the other car dealers were useless. Not a hard sell, went for a test drive, Emlyn explained everything as we drove around Maidstone.I have no hesitation in recommending Robins and Day and especially Emlyn.

Very professional and helpful
Very professional and helpful - even the Valeter went out of his way to be helpful, and was also very cheerful and friendly.
Paul Jackson the Sales Executive was also very nice, courteous and informative without being pushy.
The Manager (Darren I think) was brilliant as he phoned around other dealers to trace the precise car we wanted and there only two in the whole country apparently.
So, I would definitely take our business here in the future.

I was treated by a friendly and helpful salesman. He never once pressured me into buying anything I didn’t want, insurance policies etc. I knew the type of car I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I was never kidded into buying a better model or to have any extra features to bump up the price.

Sharon, who was my sales advisor, is very competent, extremely accurate and her friendly attitude makes it easy to build a trust relationship with customers.
