Tom was very friendly, approachable and professional. He understood our needs and requirements and that we had a budget. When we went out for a test drive he explained the cars features well. Overall a good experience.

Salesperson - Lewis
Salesperson, was very courteous and professional. Wasn’t after ‘the sale’ was after a smile and a happy customer.
He took our requirements and left us to ponder, getting back to us via email and keeping us in the loop with the details we needed.
He now has a sale from us for 2 new cars!! At a price we are happy with.. even if we drove the price to near rock bottom! He was still smiling.
Simple purchase procedure.
Went to look at car in Bristol Clarence Road branch that I had seen advertised online. Very good price (so I didn't have to put the "squeeze" on the salesman). Everything done and dusted within the hour, including the transfer of a personal plate. Very impressed as previous purchases at other dealers took much longer to complete. In fact transferring the number plate on last purchase became very long and protracted, and eventually was handed back to me to complete! This purchase included a trade in and after quick examination a price for my old car was given, upgraded (only a gentle squeeze required) and the deal completed.
Quick, efficient friendly and courteous service from Ricky, our salesman. For a quick, good value and simple purchase procedure I would definitely recommend.
