Went to Robins and Day in Edgware! Thanks Joe!

Went to Robins and Day in Edgware, london. Me and my wife went to buy a new car and was looked after by Joseph Slater. An absolutely great guy who made us feel welcome and very well looked after for the entirety of our stay. In detail, he took us through the cars we were interested in and helped us choose the best one for us. I couldn’t recommend this place more, mostly for Joseph, he is a true asset to the company and is the best thing since sliced bread. Great person and I can easily say I will be a customer for many years to come because of him!

I was very impressed by the sales staff personable friendly and un pushy manner. The pace suited me and was very much led by me. I felt listened to and understood. Alexandra was very patient and supportive on the test drive. I liked the personal friendly approach. Thank you for a most pleasant first time buying car experience.

Great experience! I am not interested in hearing nonsense sales pitches, Sam and the team were great at being upfront and providing the best possible deal when I walked in, as a result I was more than confident in their quote and made a desired purchase. Thanks!

Excellent Service. Found a great deal on a new car for me, 3rd car from here now. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Didn’t mind the kids being there, very accommodating. Didn’t feel pressured into anything.

I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic…

I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic check, I was told that he car would cost over £3,000 to fix. However, I was called in and it was explain in full to me. I was then advised on loads of others options that I could follow up on. A few hours later I was in the process of buying a brand new car on a payment plan that I can afford. Customer service & honest, superb! Thank you very much!!
