    After some initial problems with Parvez…

    After some initial problems with Parvez Miah, who inadvertently neglected to order our new car - not in itself a major issue - but who then attempted to cover up his error and was not honest with us, the service under the General Sales Manager, Michael Georgiou, and Marius Dalute has been excellent.

    Very positive experience

    Very positive experience (Romford Robins and Day) no pressure, long useful test drive and very helpful staff. Special thanks to Adam and his manager at used car sales. We had done all the paper work ( including part exchange the same afternoon ) and the car was ready to be handed over. All we had to do was the payment, then disaster struck ! I had a zero % credit card and wanted to use it to buy the car instead of taking out finance. Except it just wouldn't go through inspite of ringing my card provider and trying 4 separate transactions, most embarassing! At that point my son went on line using his phone and found out there had been a VISA meltdown (Friday afternoon 1st June 2018) and credit card transactions were not working. Relief from my side but what do we do now? I had driven 40 miles with my son to the garage, I had transfered ownership of my present car to the garage, I had swapped insurance to the new car and I had signed all the paperwork. How do I get back home ? Then the manager ( James I think) came in and confirmed the VISA problem. It was suggested that I could have a similar car ( currently used by Adam as a demonstrator ) as a courtesy car until the visa problem was resolved. I explained it may be a week before I could return due to work commitments but that didn't seem to be a problem. I was then given the courtesy car after it had been cleaned and filled up with £20 worth of petrol. On returning a week later, I swapped cars which went very quickly and was given a full tank of petrol as well as some Citroen car mats. Great service from Adam and the team !

    A Great Experience!

    I had researched my choice of new car and been to two other show rooms to look at other manufacturer's cars which could be suitable. The Peugeot 5008 met all my requirements on paper and my wife and I went to Robins and Day, I have never bought a French car and had some doubts that it would meet my requirements. What a surprise and what service, the receptionist showed us the car and Henry asked if he could help with our choice, nothing pushy, he explained which model would meet my requirements at the best price, he helped take my mobility scooter out of our car and showed how it fitted in the 5008, he then put it back. We chatted some more and Henry answered my numerous questions on the car, every answer positive. We arranged a test drive later in the day, and the car met all my needs. I am disabled and features on the car will make my driving so much easier. It is the first time I have had someone show me around all the controls and features in such detail. I have replaced my cars on a three year basis for the last thirty years and Henry has shown me that there is a better experience when you buy a car. Thanks Henry for your professional help, an enjoyable experience, I look forward to the delivery of my new car.
