Great sales experience
A great sales experience with Paul at Birmingham North. I drove from Nottingham on a Sunday morning to purchase a used car, and although we had some issues in taxing the car which prevented me to bring it home straight away, I was provided with a courtesy car and was delivered my new car at home at no extra cost. Great service.
Excellent car showroom experience
First time to the Preston showroom and would recommend them for high standards, excellent customer experience, friendly and genuine sales team, quality motors at great prices. I never felt under any pressure, was impressed with warranty options and the efforts made to have my car ready on time. The person who looked after us (JC) was outstanding and a real asset to the company. Hot chocolate was delish too.

I was very pleased with the service of my C£ recently. The staff at reception were excellent and the reports produced very informative.
While I was very happy with the Redditch garage I was not impressed by the contact made by Citroen staff in another office which was very rude in refusing to give his name and treated my wife as if she was a servant. I spoke to Charles in Redditch and found him very supportive.
The rating for the Citroen contact was zero.

Our whole experience with our salesperson Kaz was stress free and a pleasure.
From the first phone call to our final purchase Kaz was polite, friendly and attentive to our questions and requirements.
The test drive with him was relaxed and extremely informative - he virtually gave us a lesson in driving the car explaining all the advantages of getting the best driving experience of the car to meet my particular needs.
Throughout the whole purchase experience Kaz was polite and patient with our multitude of questions and found ways to explain and help us to understand all the technical IT specifications of the car.
At no time did we feel rushed, persuaded or pressured into making a decision or feel unable to ask, yet more, questions.
Kaz instilled a feeling of trust in Stellantis as a company.
It has been the most positive experience we have had in our present search for a car.
The patience and manner in which Kaz took us through the whole process of considering if the car was right for us, and our whole experience with him, was most definitely a large factor in our decision to complete the purchase of the car.
