Kara is an excellent salesperson. She is knowledgeable of her products, which has made me confident in getting yet another C3. My first visit to Brentford. Was greeted in car park, informed of what was happening today, service wise. Informed of potential additional costs if needed, but will be called to get go ahead. Very thorough check in. Followed up by a text message when car was ready to be collected. Also, delighted to collect a gleaming cleaned car.
Ask for Dan!
From the very beginning of the sales process I was so impressed with Stellantis and You at Maidstone, especially Dan Back in new car sales.
Dan was attentive and understanding, really listening to the type of finance lease and car I was looking for. Not once did I feel apprehensive, and this was my first ever experience in part-exchanging and leasing a car.
Dan kept me updated frequently via phone calls and emails, always explaining details thoroughly and professionally, and answering any question I had big or small.
When my new car was ready, I had an exciting unveiling in the showroom! Dan spent a very long time explaining all the new car features and gadgets, as well as offering a drink to both myself and my family (which my girls happily accepted!) which was a lovely bonus.
Since completing my lease Dan has continued to keep in touch, making sure everything is going well with the new car and reminding me that if there’s any issue to call anytime.
I cannot fault Dan, he is exemplary. Thank you Dan :)
Stress free!
The easiest car purchase I’ve made! Kara was very knowledgeable, got us the best deal she could and made the whole process totally stress free. I’ll be back for my next one for sure!
