First time using Brentford branch
It was very good to have the same service and experience i used to I have at the Hayes branch I used for many years. Also having the same person attend to me at the reception was wonderful. Good to Christopher.
Also to be kept updated about the progress of my car is always good. Even I could not collect my car the same day because of the road accident I was informed and my car was kept safely over night.
Good Service and CRM this time, but
During our recent visit for the annual service and MOT, we once again found the environment to be excellent, with courteous and helpful staff contributing to a very positive experience. Following our visit, we were pleasantly surprised to receive multiple messages and calls seeking feedback through a survey, indicating a genuine effort to enhance customer satisfaction, which we truly appreciate.
On another note, the service and MOT took approximately five hours, allowing us some time to explore the showroom. Given our consideration of exchange to a larger vehicle and buy a city car in future, we spent about 90 minutes browsing. While we examined nearly every car on display, excluding the DS7 (too expansive) and the 3008 (sold), no one talk to us, except an interaction with one sales lady in the DS section.
With the extended waiting period in mind, we decided to take a short stroll to RRG Toyota, conveniently just a five-minute walk away. To our surprise, within 2 minutes of entering their garage, a salesman approached us. Our time there lasted around 45 minutes, during which we nearly purchased a used 21-plate Yaris before leaving.
Personally, I have a preference for the 208 or the C3 Aircross over the Yaris, and our budget certainly accommodates this choice. While I haven't succeeded in convincing my wife, I believe your skilled sales team might do. Anyway, we ended up purchasing a new Hyundai one week after the service.

Arash was a very polite & professional sales person, he went through everything about my new car very thorough so I understood the different stages of the sale, when I went to collect my car everything was spot on, the staff in the showroom are all polite & very helpful, this is the 3rd time over the years I have used this company
