    Process to ordering my new vehicle was smooth. Milin Laitha (Leicester) provided me with very good customer service. He answered all the questions I had and felt listened to without being rushed. I cant wait for my new car to arrive.

    Great Sales experience, let down a little by Sales Admin Dept

    Jordan in Newport was very helpful during the sales process and sent me a video of the vehicle, as I was some four hours away from the dealership. He agreed to carry out work on the vehicle, service and MOT. I duly reserved the car and travelled down to view it and complete the deal, driving it home that day. It would have been a five star review except for sales admin department letting things down by not refunding the £99 reservation fee on expiry of the five day holding period. I had to chase this and whilst the payment was initially taken on the same day, I was advised nearly a week after taking delivery, that the refund may take up to 10 days to get back in my account. It would have been easier just to net it off the sales invoice.

    Received very good customer service, the purchase was seamless and it was nice not to feel pressured, hassled or harassed. Ben, Anthony and Mihail were all really helpful, friendly and polite. Satisfied with outcome. Would definitely recommend.

    I BROUGHT MY WORK VAN TO VAUXHALL…

    I BROUGHT MY WORK VAN TO VAUXHALL BRENTFORD AND EVEN THOUGH I GOT THE DATE MIXED UP BY A MONTH"DONT ASK WHERE MY BRAIN WAS" THEIR ADVISOR CHRIS MANAGED TO FIT ME IN DUE TO I HAD A BREAK PAD ISSUE. HE EVEN MADE ME A CUP OF COFFEE HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE A VIP, NOW IT MY TURN TO MAKE HIM FEEL LIKE A 5 STAR.
