Amazing team. At the Sheffield branch .
I called the Sheffield branch this morning, as a light had appeared on the dash board. They were very busy, but after explaining I needed the vehicle for Sunday, they advised to pop in. They carried out a Diagnosis while I waited , and were able to fix the problem. I’m very grateful to Melody, and Ian. And appreciate it’s not always possible to accommodate on the same day. But they really listened and appreciated the urgency for needing the vehicle. Thank you. Karen

Customer service was amazing. Couldn’t fault the car dealer. Malcolm Watts at Sale did amazing and did as best as he can to make me happy. Constantly gave me up to date dates as to when I will be getting my car, and reassuring me that my car will be coming soon enough. Great customer service and would recommend him as a dealer without a doubt

Excellent service from start to finish. Carlos made my buying of my new car easy from start to finish. He went out of his way to explain everything to me models payment and on collection went through everything on the car. I would recommend anyone to buys a new car from here. The showroom was spotless and other members of staff in the showroom were all very polite.
