    I recently had the pleasure of visiting this outstanding Stellantis Wimbledon that left an indelible mark on my car-buying journey. Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Jay, a warm and friendly gentleman who made me feel like a valued customer. he walked me through the process of ordering the car I had in mind, and with ease, he seamlessly put the car for order. It took a few months for the car to arrive in the UK, but Jay kept a great line of communication and updated me every step of the way. After my car arrived in the UK, i was contacted by Matthew, who arranged the time and date for the collection and was kind enough to book in for the morning slot before I started work. On collection day, I arrived there with my wife and two babies. i met Matthew, who truly the epitome of professionalism, demonstrated an unwavering commitment to understanding my specific needs and preferences. His knowledge and expertise were apparent, as he enthusiastically answered every question and provided me with valuable insights into my car features and capabilities. He prepared all the paperwork beforehand, so it took less than two minutes, which saved me time. Furthermore, before leaving the dealership, my wife and I couldn't install the baby car seat and asked for assistance. Luckily the manager, Nick offered help and tried to set it up to no avail, as the one we bought seemed defective ( Amazon ). He kindly offered us his personal car seat to use temporarily until we found another. That is where the team get their sense of initiative and dedication to customer satisfaction working with such a fantastic manager. In conclusion, Stellantis Wimbledon has set the bar incredibly high for others in the industry. Their commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, from the moment you step foot into their showroom to long after you drive off the lot, is truly remarkable.     How a test drive should be

    The Saleperson Brodie at Sheffield was very informative was a good test drive and he was friendly and so helpful even when I was having problems with my paper work I rang him and he answered my query’s straight away wish all salespeople where like him????????

    Just like to say WOWZERS.

    Just like to say, Paul Sharky was BRILLIANT at sorting our Peugeot 207 CC, convertible . We love our little car especially in this hot weather. So when i noticed the fault on our car, Paul sorted it out NO MESSING. Got it booked in at their approved body shop and a week or two later its like new again. Loved the no hassle service from Peugeot, and Goodwins of Lytham. Thank you. Mr & Mrs Clough.

    A professional experience.

    The environment was pleasant, staff were helpful, although I found the staff member dealing with me hard to hear (I have hearing aids) and he had an accent. The work I requested was done efficiently with a comprehensive survey revealing the cause of the problem I was worried about. I received a detailed account of work they believed needed to be done, with costs, plus a video showing the inspection.
