The experience I have had with Theo and his team at Stellantis & You - Vauxhall Wimbledon has been absolutely amazing!
I called in on Thursday Morning to arrange to view and order a car and Theo called me back in the afternoon to say he had the car we were interested in available! It was such an unexpected but extremely wanted and pleasant surprise!
Today (Friday), my husband and I went into the show room and as promised, the car was ready and waiting for us. It was all super quick and very professional. Both Theo and Anthony made us feel very welcome and at ease and explained everything we needed and wanted to know, answered any questions we had and allowed us to feel comfortable.
The customer service from start to finish was amazing and we definitely would recommend others to visit this branch for any of their Vauxhall car needs - they definitely go above and beyond for the customer, ensuring their needs are met.

Technical issue resolved with speed and and efficiency
I had a technical issue, where my speedometer had flipped from miles per hour to kilometres per hour. I couldn't work out how to change it back. I stopped off at Robins&Day in Walton as they had been helpful in the past and was greeted by the broad and friendly smile of Callum on the front desk. This immediately put me at ease and when I put my question to him he quickly offered his own personal assistance, despite being in sales himself. Quickly and without any fuss he was able to solve the issue and demonstrated to me what I had to do if it happened again. If only everything in life was dealt with so quickly and efficiently! Thank you Callum, you're a great asset to the organisation!!
