Top drawer customer service
I cannot praise enough the fantastic customer service I received from Donna, from initial contact through to completion of sale and part exchange. The entire showroom was relaxed and friendly and Donna's interaction when showing me the vehicle, right through from initial video in response to my initial enquiry, and accompanying me on the test drive was again friendly and professional. It was a welcome change in these days of such consistently poor customer service generally received from many organisations such as utility companies.

I popped in to view a car just for research and was walking around.
The sale man came and asked if I'd like to view the inside, we introduce ourselves Sam was friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all my questions. I was allowed to drive for a test drive, I have to say impressive its a Pergeot 2008 1.2 GT line. Very comfortable. On return Sam gave further details and products available, if I so choose to except. I was offered a great trade in deal for my vehicle. Needless to say Sam being extremely helpful in explaining everything plus you get free coffee. I can confirm I collect the car a Pergeot 2008 1.2Gt line this Friday 7th July. So can I say big thankyou to Sam in making my exchange in vehicle joyful. Pop in and speak to Sam I know he will help you as he has myself. Thank you.
