Serviced on Time
I arrived on time for the service and it was carried out within the time allocated. Throughout my stay I was kept informed as to how the service was progressing.
Good attention and good knowledge
Milin was knowledgeable about the car and it's features. He was friendly and polite and I had trust in him. He didn't oversell either the car or the optional add-ons like paint protection cover etc. He made me aware of them but I always felt I had the choice.
I was able to take the car for a test drive alone (so without pressure) and was able to drive it in a variety of road conditions, from urban/town to dual carriageway which gave me a good feel for a variety of driving situations.
The staff I came into contact with on the day were friendly and helpful.
Having looked at other cars on independent dealers forecourts recently, this was certainly the best experience. Thank you Mirin

Excellent after sales service
So impressed with the service at Stellantis and You in Salford. We bought a new Citroen from them in April last year and called them for advice today as we have mislaid our V5 document. Alex at Stellantis couldn't have been more helpful... He explained how the replacement process worked and then went onto the.gov website and made the application for us... Thanks Alex for going the extra mile ????
