An unknown issue re a transmission…
An unknown issue re a transmission noise was eventually found and rectified but a new part was no longer available - the wiring harness had to be repaired which took 4 days

Brilliant service from my dealer Shaun Mayers. He was understanding and patient. We were almost 30 minutes late for our appointment due to traffic delays but he wasn't phased and offered a much needed coffee with a smile. Ordered my lovely car and left knowing that in a few months it would arrive. No rush as I love the 5008 I already have and have had for almost 5 years.
All round good service.
Good reception and clear information on service, MOT and additional costs to service plan. Kept to timing and updated on progress and collection.
