Well, what can we say about this incredible lady – Tracey Murphy? Firstly, she’s amazing. So full of energy and massive passion about ‘doing the right thing’ and ‘getting the customer what the customer wants’.
Let us tell you our story: we are not ‘car’ people….. the last time we bought a car was 17 years ago and our darling Vauxhall Astra served us faithfully and loyally for all these years. With sadness in our hearts, it was time to bid farewell and we were dreading the prospect of buying a new replacement. Enter Tracey Murphy. NOTHING was too much trouble. Despite being new to the company, she answered all our queries and if she didn’t know the answer, she told us so and immediately went to find out.
The day before we were picking up the car, it was Tracey’s day off but she came in to make sure everything was in order, above and beyond the call of duty. And on the day of collection (a Saturday), there was a problem with getting the tax online but Tracey was adamant we were driving the car home that day….. we drove to the post office in Croydon and GOT that tax sorted! Wow.
The total experience for us has been very very good and something we were dreading turned out to be hugely pleasurable. Don’t get us wrong, there were hiccups (we waited in all day to hear from Tracey) but that’s because they are just so busy. We understood (as there are only so many hours in the day) but we truly did get the best service with Tracey. It simply needed a little bit of patience and we are now the owners of a fabulous car. A new era for us and we know this beautiful new (used) car will be with us for another 17 years.
THANK YOU TRACEY….. you have made a huge difference - which is very much appreciate.
