I was called and given the report for my car. Secondly I was offered pay assist and this suited me well. The mechanic advised me of the priority repairs and also this allowed me to start budgeting for the next service.

TOP quality servicing !

I received the usual high standard of service and attention when I put my car in for an interim service and MOT. Some repair work was identified, which I had expected after some comments were made after my last service visit. I'm also reassured to know that Citroën trained and experienced mechanics are working on my vehicle.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Karandeep Sohal (Kaz) After recently deciding to downsize I made initial contact with my local Coventry Stallantis & You. I was contacted by Sales Advisor Karandeep Sohal (Kaz). After mentioning my concerns which were quietly and patiently listened to by Kaz then he explained everything to me. Kaz set to work and found a lower mileage secondhand model that suited my needs and took me on a demonstration trip. Then sorted all the confusing paperwork incl decent part-exchange price, tax refund, service and warranty package and 7-day free insurance cover which allowed me to drive home and alter my own policy. So I would like to acknowledge Kaz for his brilliant manner, concern, patience and professionalism. You have an exceptional person working for you. THANKS AGAIN - MR R PANTHER
