Yet again, great servicing of our Fiat 500e
As for each of the past two scheduled servicings, all went very smoothly. Katarzyna was friendly and professional when I arrived, provided me with updated information as I waited and her estimate of how long it would take (including some extra work that I requested) was precise almost to the minute. The car was returned cleaned both inside and out, and she gave me a full explanation of what was done. As before, very happy, and yes, I’ll return for my next scheduled servicing or in the meantime if anything arises. Thanks!

Bought a pre-reg Peugeot e Rifter from Stellantis Chiswick, good price and customer experience. Can really recommend the electric Rifter, uses the standard 50kw Stellantis group battery and 100kw drive train which I managed to get 210 miles of range during an unscheduled trip avoiding a blocked M25. Remote app works really well with scheduled charging etc. and fast charge @ 75kw worked fine at a McDonald's. Den Sussex.

Everything was explained very well when we visited. Friendly helpful staff member Jay was very professional, not pushy and made the process very smooth and kept me updated all the way.

The sales person sent me a video of them showing me the car I was interested in pre visit.
The showroom is spacious and comfortable and the salesperson was friendly and polite. There was a car available for a test drive. The sales team were open to a certain level of negotiation and I felt I was given a fair deal. The only reason for 4 stars is that I was originally told that delivery would be 8 weeks but was then informed it was more likely to be 12/13 weeks.
