Just over a week since picked up new vehicle, this is not mine of my family’s first vehicle from Sale site. The reason being fantastic and honest discussions with Malcolm. The question of will me and my family return well of course we will.
Fabulous customer service
Our experience with the staff at the Stockport branch was fabulous from start to finish! We were on the hunt for our motability car and stopped our search here! Having previously been left for 40 mins unattended in SEAT. The staff were friendly and personable from our first step inside the door. It did not seem to be a different service just because we were a motability customer. Darrel looked after us and was very informative and friendly, it made the experience as easy as breathing. We did have a little input from Paul too. I can highly recommend this branch!

Just purchased a used Peugeot 3008 and from when we first walked in we were made to feel very welcome and we were taken care of by 2 guys Karl and Gary they were listening and not pushy at all, they went out of their way to help us no matter how small our problems were, We felt confident making our purchase from these 2 guys, they even called when we arrived home to make sure we were happy with our car.

I noticed something didn't feel right about my car. Noise coming from under the bonnet. Went straight to peugeot Stockport and they had a look. Fan belt needed replacing. Took it back in the morning and they fixed it within 30 mins.

What a great experience. Kind pleasant and understanding. Greeting was warm and friendly, we explained what we required and Johnathan the sales staff directed us to a car that was close to what we wanted. After a few minutes he came over and explained what our options were he then arranged a test drive and when we returned we completed the paperwork and now await our new car. Thank you ????
