Fantastic Experience
I want to take a moment to express what a fantastic experience we had with Carl Monk. Even though we haven't made a car purchase yet, Carl went above and beyond by patiently sitting down with us and explaining the different types of finance options that would be best suited for our needs. This level of dedication stood out to us, especially after our disappointing encounters with five other garages. It felt like those other places were disinterested once they found out we couldn't make the purchase for another two weeks.
