I am looking for a new car and visited Stellantis in Birmingham. I was really impressed with the selection of cars and the place was really clean.
I have to also mention the staff, really top notch customer service. The sales executive was named Daniel and he helped me and was brilliant. Didn’t try for the hard sale and answered all my questions perfectly. I wanted more info on Citroen & Peugeot’s and a brand I’d never heard of was my favourite, a DS, excellent customer service.
I would definitely recommend Stellantis if you are looking for a new car as the overall experience for me has been excellent.

We were initially seeking information in connection with the possible purchase of a new car to replace our C5Aircross. We came to the Manchester Citroen dealer as we have done frequently over the last 30 years. It goes without saying that the showroom is very welcoming.
Anthony Pilliner answered all our questions fully and offered a test drive which we accepted and were very impressed by the car. We made an appointment to return 2 days later after we had fully digested the information. The combination of the car and Anthony's attitude, pleasant, helpful yet not pushy means that we committed to buying a new car. He guided us through options on the car and in the purchase process without our feeling under any kind of pressure.
We are now looking forward to our new car as soon as it comes out of the factory.

Had to travel over to Manchester for a recall on a DS3 so I wasn't really looking forward to the experience.
They couldn't have been more helpful in getting everything sorted. If it was local to me I would probably use them for everything.
