When I first wrote my review, it was a 1 star rating. Mark Jackson however saved the day so I upped it to a 5 star. Alas it went from bad to worse after that and I came very close to reverting back to 1 star.
My issues have all been down to the lack of communication from one particular member of the Crawley team (you know who you are). They've been assuring others that they've been in regular contact with me when, in actual fact, I've had ONE email from them since I placed the order. Hence I've been getting more and more frustrated with Crawley branch, simply due to lack of communication. I have, however, now been assured that Mark/Ian will keep me updated so, if that does indeed happen then great, I'll be a happy driver but I'm obviously sceptical at the moment due to past performance. Watch this space...

Ok, so a rocky start to ordering a new car with communication/updates from the staff at Crawley being absolute zero BUT I have to say, Mark (one of the managers) has been a godsend today and has kindly sorted out most of the issues I had, hence I'm now able to track the progress of my new car and I can check on it whenever I like. Well done and thank you to Mark, you've restored my faith in Stellantis Crawley ????????

Ive been looking into getting a new car, and I wasn't sure what I really wanted. I was seen to by the Sales rep Daniel Elliott we discussed the new Peugeot as I have had one of these before, but he also showed me other makes like the Citroen and DS. He gave me lots of information to look over, and as soon as I've made up my mind, I will be back to see Daniel

A really smooth process at Stellantis &you Croydon. Victor was super helpful and gave reassurance and updates throughout the whole process. Any queries or issues we had these were fixed before we came to collect to car. Also victor was very patient and worked around our holiday. Really good experience!!
