Have leased cars from Cribbs since 2013. It had always been a pleasure to deal with the staff at the site.
Everyone is always very personable, and I have never had a problem with any of the vehicles I have had in that time, so 10 years trouble free motoring!

There were no problems with my car’s service. The staff were helpful and polite, in fact I was notified ahead of time that my car was ready for collection! As usual everything went well on my visit to Stellantis

The Reception/admin staff are very efficient and helpful. They made an initial examination of our vehicle, asked if we had already been given an estimate of the cost of service and MOT. They checked our contact details, and gave us an estimated time for completion of works.
Following the service, and MOT, we were emailed a video health check for our vehicle. The total cost was as per the original estimate, and the vehicle had been cleaned outside and inside.
The following day, the Reception staff contacted us to ask if we were satisfied with our vehicle.
We cannot praise this garage enough. We have been very impressed by their professional attitude throughout, and we can therefore highly recommend them.

From the phone call to arrange the first service of my vehicle through to the completed service every staff member I dealt with were polite and courteous. On taking my car in to Stellantis & you UK, Newport I found staff were friendly and approachable. My car was serviced and handed back in good time complete with service video.
