Met upon driving in by helpful staff finding you a parking spot then walking you to reception. Lovely staff at reception listened to my needs and addressed them and kept me informed of my cars progress.

Everything was explained clearly and the courtesy car was great. Only negative point was my car wasn’t cleaned when I picked it up but that want really an issue.

Good Service
I had a bad experience with the Leicester branch when my car had to go in for work in the summer.
My car has just been in for its first annual service and the experience has been entirely different. It was collected from home by a very polite and friendly driver who came well within the timeframe given and who gave me a call in advance to say he was on his way.
I received a text message from the Service Dept to tell me the car was with them and I could reply for any updates and information. I was also sent a Complimentary Health Check - and the car was returned home at lunchtime.
It was all a very smooth operation and I am entirely satisfied.

My new Peugeot 2008 GT was booked in to sort a minor fault for 4th December but due to a family health treatment issue, I spoke to Ian Pepper to seek help for a possible earlier visit. He was extremely helpful and asked me to call today.
Top man - sorted and home before 11am. Will certainly look for servicing when due.
