Very professional, but friendly and helpful
Lauren was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Dan the sales manager was very personable and was only involved where he needed to be. Allowed to test drive the vehicle on my own which was unusual but allowed a better experience of the vehicle. Throughout the buying process Lauren has been communicative and small errors on the documentation were quickly corrected without fuss. Of course have to wait for delivery in March, but so far would certainly recommend this dealership

Good Customer Service and easy purchase
Cemal was so great, starting from his welcoming the moment I walked in, I did the test driving and he walked me through every settings in the Peugeot 3008. He explained all the purchase process and answered all my questions. I came back days later to pick up the car and it was all clean and ready to be mine. Everything was so smooth and easy.

I had previously used a different dealership and the service I received was appalling, so I went to Peugeot west London, Chiswick. The service I received from my representative Harry, was second to none from start to finish. In fact nearly every person in there said good morning, are you ok, can I get you a tea/coffee. It was impeccable and I would highly recommend this branch and Harry from motability. Amazing job guys and girls

Stockport store excellent customer service
Purchased a e208 from your Stockpot store. Abdul was amazing from start to finish. My first electric car so I had lots of questions and concerns. Abdul was not pushy at all very good knowledge and offered a great service. Really happy with my car and would definitely recommend.
Going the extra mile
Went to have my adblu topped up and I was struggling with a chest infection. Phoned from car park and explained I didn't feel well enough to drop my chair out of the boot and they kindly told me yo stay where I was and someone would be out soon. They were, topped up car and quickly on my way back home and back to bed. Really appreciated them going the extra mile.
Motability Scheme
I went to see Charles today in Redditch about having a car with the motability Scheme. He was very helpful, kind and polite. He went through everything with me and explained thing properly. Thanks Charles
