I took my Citreon to Stellantis & You in Guildford for its annual service and MOT.
The service I received from booking the car in to collection was excellent.
I took up the option of a loan car, which made dropping off and collection much easier.
The car was completed in good time and cleaned inside and out.

They need to improve the customer parking. The car park is always full with vans and cars that apparently are waiting for repair or have been waiting for pick up.Even arriving at 8am there is very limited parking. I enquired at the service desk why it was difficult to park and was told they are mainly company cars and vans which are not being collected by the company

Easy to book an service appointment,I dropped my vehicle off the night before as this was convenient for myself, my vehicle was ready at the time I was told and it had been washed and hoovered out. I received a follow up call later checking everything was fine.
