Faultless Service! Customer service team were very welcoming, patient and friendly. The team kindly and professionally dealt with all my questions and even suggested where I could get some lunch whilst I was waiting for my car service (which was a perfect suggestion and truly most welcome) I was kindly offered a drink on my return whilst I waited to collect my gleaming car,that had been given a complimentary service wash (again most kind and very much appreciated) also kindly gifted a winter pack. We’ve purchased a car from them for the last 30 years as the service and staff has always been great. Today we popped in with a question and left with an order of a new car. This was all down to Nick the sales person, we have dealt with him previously and that’s why we chose to deal through him. He’s detailed in his explanation of the process and has a lovely attitude, is very friendly and helpful, he’s a credit to the company.

Front of house staff are really great. Go above and beyond to get my car ready as quickly as possible. Car is always left clean on pick up. My only gripe is the lack of car parking at Newport and it's hard to contact by phone and no quick reply by text. Otherwise all great.
