From phoning to book my Service
From phoning to book my Service and explain issue with service booklet to finalising date and the need for a courtesy (Automatic) car to actual day of service all went exceptionally well. Within 1 hr my free health video arrived with engineer talking me through the checks and 1 item requiring my participation (screw / nail) in offside rear tyre tread block (new tyres) fitted all round. Full service + Aircon clean out + regas & Brake fluid change all completed to my satisfaction, well done
