Prompt and professional
Contacted the dealership on Saturday explained the fault to service advisor who understood my problem and concerns with the vehicle was subsequently booked in for the beginning of the week. Liam, service advisor, greeted me and put my mind at ease straight away as a similar problem has occurred before. Vehicle was repaired the same day and returned to me valeted. Two things that stood out was Liam who looked after the progress of my vehicle from start to finish and kept me informed throughout and secondly the whole team of service advisors helped with some of my questions about Adblue! Although it is quite a distance from where I live I will always use this dealership, can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service from booking through to completion. Car collection and return makes it so much easier and even a complementary car wash included. Shout out to Hazel who is always great at keeping us updated on the car's progress when it's in for repairs or its service.

Had some issues with my car which the RAC warranty centre could not fix so had to go to Stelantis
They were more than helpful and Chris the technician went out of his way to keep me updated while he diagnosed and fixed the issues
