Reason for four stars.
Not giving five stars as we have had a lengthy wait for our Users Manual and Log Book, also parts needing to be replaced. However, when we eventually contacted the Service Dept. our problems were sorted out without delay, by Tracey (Stephenson?). A very pleasant and efficient young lady.
Apart from that, quite happy with the car!

I would reccomend this company without a doubt! In the last month I have purchased a new 208 and its great. Being a young female I honestly thought I would be baffled with car jargon at the point of sale but I wasn't! The sales team explained everything to me in simple terms and listened to everything I required in a car. I was sorted the best deal for myself and I couldn't of been happier when signing my contract. All staff in the Birmingham showroom were helpful, friendly & welcoming. After having the car a few days figuring out what lived where and how it worked I discoverd a minor fault. My rear screen was didn't work, I called up the team and was booked in for a date that suited me. They called to remind me about my appointment a few days before and told me they could do the job while I waited or I could pop up to town. They kept me updated throughout all stages and they were all so kind and helpful once again. I really believe this is the best service I've ever had and I look forward to dealing with you in the future. Thank you for everything !!
Service as it should be
I explained the type of car I needed, purpose of use, features and spec I would like ...and I was listened to. I was then shown the options available which would fit my wish list, allowed to take the cars out on test drives and offered a fair trade in deal on my car. This was all made so easy, with non pushy, pleasant service. What's not to like? I love my new car! Thanks.
