Great experience
Road tested two vehicles at the Birmingham branch with Gary Constable ,very patient pleasant and knowledgeable salesman .
A much better experience than two other non Citroën dealerships that we visited.
Good, efficient service as usual
Having looked at various cars when having my 308 MOT'd I went away to think about what to do and look at my finances. Deciding that the time was right to change cars I went back to the dealership and looked again at what was on offer. Having decided which model I wanted to know more about I asked a sales person, Beth Andrade, to help. After a test drive I decided to buy a 15plate 308 5door hatchback. The business was completed without any fuss. Throughout the whole process Beth was polite, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend anybody considering changing their car to deal with her.

Bought without sampling
The car was purchased having seen it only online. Phone calls -information given was accurate and not pressured - they took my car in px without seeing it - just a quick verbal description. New car was exactly as described, all paperwork in order. The actual exchange was smooth and trouble free. Salesman was polite and helpful - as one would expect - but a nice guy too.

Extremely helpful service by pippa moriarty couldn't have been helpful, very knowledgable. Filled us in with all the very useful information and made us feel completely at ease ????

Darren Brown has been a great help and easy to talk to, which is great and he never pushed me to anything I didn't want, like some sales man can be like, and he as a good laugh with and not so serious like some sales man can be like as well, he been so helpful with me being in manchester and the car being in sheffield
