Excellent customer service
A knowledgeable and helpful member of staff who explained everything clearly and was very professional.
Excellent service.
I called in advance and spoke to Trevor who had the car ready for us to test drive as soon as we came in. He was relaxed and friendly and there wasn't any pressure, the quality of the car spoke for itself. Trevor helped get us a great deal and I couldn't have been happier. If I need a bigger car in the future I won't hesitate to come back.

Christina was really helpful and took me through the spec of the vehicle in detail and quickly...making sure I got all of the important information before making my decision. She kept me up to date by telephone on the status of my finance application until it was accepted - and made my overall experience buying my first brand new car a smooth and happy one!

Purchase of New Car
We have known Mr. Richard Bissett for nearly 20 years when he "converted" us to Citroen. Therefore, every three years we purchased a new replacement car from him. Richard's interest in making sure that we are fully satisfied led us to the new purchase this year.
However, we are not so sure about the service we received on our current car, Reg. K100~ERS. When we buy a new car we also buy a 3-year Service Contract. During the recent time of good and hot weather we found that the Air Conditioning failed. Why did the Service not change and check the AC system during the 2nd servie? .
Just what you want when deciding which car to buy.
The sales manager Malcolm was really helpful and gave us time to make the right choice for us. We didn't feel pressured as some sales people can make you feel but he was able to answer all of our questions and we are happy with the result.
No nonsense service and efficiency
From spotting car of choice on website and to point of sale this is the first time of buying a car that I have not felt like a sales figure and profit margin.
